Hoàng Hồng Cẩm (1959–2011) was een Vietnamese schilder, geboren in Hanoi. Hij studeerde aan het Hanoi College of Industrial Fine Arts en bouwde zowel in Vietnam als internationaal een sterke reputatie op met tentoonstellingen in Azië, de Verenigde Staten, Australië en Europa.
